When you drag-and-drop files or folders using the right mouse-button, Windows displays a menu offering the choice of moving or copying the items to the chosen location.

If this option is enabled, two extra items will be added to the menu: Move to New Folder Here and Copy to New Folder Here. If selected, the ShellToys New Folder here tool will open to let you create a new folder, and the items you dragged will then be moved or copied into the new folder.
