ShellToys includes a simple image editor utility which allows you to crop, rotate or resize an image. You can also use filters such as Sharpen, Soften and Antialias, and apply effects including Negative, Emboss, Solarize and Posterize. The Image Editor can open most common image formats, and can save as Windows bitmap (.bmp), JPEG, GIF, PNG or TIFF.

The Image Editor can be run from the Start menu, or can be accessed from an image displayed using the Image Size shell extension, or from the Browse Media window.
