Zip Folder
Zip Folder provides a quick and neat way to zip the contents of a folder (or several selected folders). You can choose to zip the files only and exclude subfolders, and to exclude any other zip files. Zip files are always created in the folder you're looking at, and named after the current (or selected) folder. If a zip with the same name exists, this tool will append a number from 1 to 99 to the new zip's name rather than overwriting the old zip.Because of this naming feature, Zip Folder is also perfect for creating cumulative backups of a particular project. Just right-click the background of the folder and run this tool. You can do this up to 100 times before the very first zip is replaced, so you can keep earlier copies of the project files and quickly identify the order in which they were created.
You can even delete earlier zips as the project progresses. New zips will continue to be numbered consecutively. For example, your first backup is named MyProject.zip. Subsequent backups are named MyProject[1].zip, MyProject[2].zip. If you now delete MyProject and MyProject[1], the next backup you make will still be named MyProject[3].zip.
